Bury SEND IAS Service aims to promote effective working partnerships between parents, young people, schools, local authority, voluntary and private sector organisations, local and national charities, health and social service providers.
SEND IAS Services are statutory services which provide information, advice and support to Parents and Carers of Children and Young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities; and Young People 16+ about their own Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
Our Service is FREE of charge and is operated independently of the Local Authority by POINT Services. This means that the we can provide the most effective information, advice and support, which will focus on the needs of the child or young person.
The links below give you lots of information about our operational standards, our role and remit and also who your local SEND IAS officers are.
If we can be of any assistance in matters relating to your child, young person on your own Special Educational Needs or Disability then get in touch by clicking the contact us button below.
